I had my Heating and AC system replaced by ARS their service was excellent starting with their customer service. I talked with the first person who answered who were very friendly and relayed my message to the correct person. I spoke with Mr. Kwasi Oppong who is the most helpful, intelligent, sweet person I've met dealing with a company in a very long time..He handles business in a professional manner and he keeps in contact with the customer until it's completed and that you are satisfied...He's one of a kind. Kwasi who goes by the name of Mr. Kay works in Laurel and is the AOR Administrator/Rebate Processor in Laurel Maryland. I received everything I was promised and I'm so thankful for all of his hard work. ARS earned 5 Stars in my book and Mr. Kay earned an EXCELLENT Rating.

Jesus Rivera was very professional and made me feel comfortable. After his presentation in reference to purchasing a new heating and HVAC system, I decided to purchase the new system through ARS. I'm not an easy person to convience when it comes to purchasing home improvement items, but after Jesus' presenation I was sold. My system was installed today and is working perfectly. The two installers were excellent as well. Five stars to all the individuals (including the customer service representatives) who I came in contact with during this project. If you are looking for a professional, honest, caring, friendly group of individuals when it comes to servicings your air conditioning and heating needs and who will try to save you money too, ARS is the way to go. I dealt with many businesses before and they did not come close in providing the services that I received from ARS. ARS is excellent, give them a try and then you will see for yourself.

ARS techs came on time with proper equipment to do the installation. Went right to work which was completed in about 5 hours. Gerardo and the other techs assisting did a great job. Upon installation, they went over everything which was thoroughly explained including the new Nest thermostat. True professional techs throughout the installation process. Will definitely use again if necessary. Thanks for a job well-done!

ARS/ RESCUE ROOTER - LAUREL the hvac tech, Joseph M*****, was punctual and professional as well as personable. He respected my home by covering his shoes which is very important to me. He also explained what he was doing and answered every question. He was knowledgeable and came across as very honest. I had already goggled information and gleened information from the techs sent by two other companies who were not upfront or truthful. I felt empowered by the information and understood everything without feeling pressured. He represented himself and ARS very well.

Mr. Joseph Malloy – HVAC Service Technician puts the capital “P” in the word “Professionalism.” He is courteous and punctual. He calls you and lets you know that he is on his way. On 07/11/2017, Mr. Malloy once again, saved the day and fixed my new HVAC system, so that I could have air conditioning again. Before entering my home he always puts his shoe covers on right away. He provides excellent customer service with a great attitude and takes extreme pride in his work and trustworthy recommendations. His knowledge and workmanship is SUPERB! He is very meticulous when it comes to his work and I highly recommend him. He is an asset to ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel. A very happy and satisfied customer. This review is for the excellent work of Mr. Don Lee. multiple visits by other ARS technicians (5) for my air conditioning problems Mr Lee arrived and immediately made it clear that he was determined to inspect every aspect of the situation and bring my system back to a quality level of performance. His skills, knowledge, and sense of personal caring gave us confidence that we were in good hands. The whole ARS team rallied to get the needed part for my system delivered and installed by Mr Lee in a timely way. We are pleased with his work and will recommend ARS to others.

We are very pleased with our 1 day installation of our new gas water heater. Yesterday, Zam arrived in the early evening to make the initial inspection and to provide an estimate. The next morning, he and Kap arrived with several tool bags to begin the removal of our old water heater and install the expansion tank, new turn off valve, and the new water heater. Our only problem was the 22" floor pan needed to be 26" and we struggled to quickly locate a retailer for the new pan in aluminum. In addition, the new water heater was 2" taller causing the gas feed to be realigned. The job was completed in the early afternoon and it looks "professional". Very nice people to work with.

He was very helpful and answered all my questions and even took off the top of the AC Compressor and got all of the leaves that had settled at the bottom. Told him I would ask for him the next time I need a tech to come. He was a very knowledgeable person and like I said he was able to answer all of my questions. Thumbs Up!

Tomas knows his stuff and is able to explain the details necessary for you to understand your HVAC system. He inspected and tested the heating and air conditioning system and recommended needed maintenance (with the expected costs) for each system. I found him to be very honest and I trusted his judgement completely. He recommended a new capacitor for the A/C unit because it was not performing 100% up to it's capability and could easily give out during the hottest weather. He has been great both times he has serviced my system. Five star guy!

This is the second time that I have used ARS in two years. Both experiences were excellent. I highly recommend them. This time, the heater went out. The tech (Joseph M.) was on-time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He even suggested that I get a maintenance package that they offer -- they'll come out and test/clean your system in the spring and fall. If you're in need of HVAC repair or service, don't hesitate to call ARS

I have been a customer of ARS for at least 8 years (since about 2008) and I have been pleased with the customer service I received until about two weeks ago. One of your employees, Rodney Simmons, came out to complete several plumbing jobs for me this year in 2016...one on behalf of ARS in January I believe. I was completely satisfied with that initial job. However, after this particular plumbing job I was offered personal plumbing services from Rodney at a lower cost than what he claimed ARS was charging me. So instead of calling ARS the next time I had a plumbing issue...which was more like April 2016...I called Rodney Simmons to come back to complete this new job and all subsequent plumbing jobs for the rest of this year 2016. The latest request was this past November 2016 for a toilet repair job that he never completed but accepted payment for. Because I had trusted Rodney, due to the quality of work he had always performed on my plumbing jobs, I just KNEW this simple toilet repair job had been completed ...as he stated...on his way out of the door. I did not bother check to see if the toilet actually flushed... before he left my house... and before I paid him like I normally did before he left my house. Instead, I took his word that the job had been completed and that my toilet was flushing. After I paid him with a personal check for $150...he left my house...and asked me to call him if I had any more plumbing issues in the future. When I went upstairs to check on my toilet and to see that it was flushing (I had no reason to think it wouldn't flush!)...it still had black water in it...and it would not flush. I called Rodney back immediately to inform him that my toilet was not flushing. He came back to my house, assessed the toilet, and he still was not able to get it to flush. He told me that he needed "an extra part" and that he would come back the follwing weekend after the Thanksgiving holiday to repair it. I called him after the Thanksgiving holiday and spoke with him. He told me that he was not able to make it...but to check with him the following weekend. Meanwhile I learned, via my bank statement, that Rodney had cashed the $150.00 check I had given him for the work I thought he completed. The following weekend I called Rodney and was told by him once again that he could not make it due to "transportation problems"...and he said for me to follow up with him this current weekend... which I have... only to be directed to his voicemail and a nonreply to the text message I sent him. So in response to his poor customer service I am writing this review to let ARS and everyone else know how disappointed I am with the service I received by your employee. Of course Rodney Simmons was providing me personal plumbing services outside of ARS...but he is still an ARS employee and I wanted ARS to be aware of the treatment I am receiving by one of your employees. I have since made an appointment with ARS today and will request a new service technician when I am contacted by ARS tomorrow. I have been pleased with ARS until now and will still work with ARS provided I can be given a new service technician. My personal rating of this employee is poor . If there is a way for me to get my money back I would. But since this was an arrangement between me and Rodney I don't see a refund happening. The bad part is that my toilet is still in need of repair after almost 3 weeks now. That is unacceptable. Hopefully ARS will be able to send someone else out to complete the toilet repair job this upcoming weekend. Thank you..
